The model gliders can fly far and high. Here are some gliders belonging to my friend René. The following video clip was taken when René was flying one of them, near the “Col de la Croix” (“pass of the cross” mountain pass), in Switzerland. The clip was taken using a small pocket size digital camera and the distance was indeed too much for it. Therefore the quality is not very good. Video Clip (5.9MB, 696kbps)
